I hope Expedia refunds our moneys for two hotels, just got auto response no refund. We had to leave and even if we stayed could not travel to the hotels so no way we can receive the service we payed for.<br /> All other hotels and booking companies we dealt with have been so good and made it easy to get refund but not Expedia.<br /> Tried calling and sent email after saying no refund but no luck.<br /> When we book in the future we know who to use and who not to.<br /> I understand this will take time to work through but so far not happy with response.
