I have spent 2 hours trying to get a refund for the PlazaLounge at Heathrow for two people.<br /> The refund form keeps saying, We are unable to find this itinerary..despite me copying the itinerary number from the vouchers.<br /> The chat was dreadful. Typed it all in over and over again and got..We can't find this itinerary number.<br /> What else can I do...holiday cancelled, got Coronavirus and too ill to deal with this level of incompetence.
