Cancelled my trip to Vegas as soon as the event I was going to see was shut down due to corona... on hold for almost 3 hours. Customer service picks up and processes my refund. They tell me 48 hours for the funds to be back in my account. That was a week ago. I keep calling back and I get disconnected after holding for 45 minutes. All I want is my money back like they said it would be. I've done my part come on Expedia!
