Ask a lot of questions before buying.<br /> In September they had a Verizon BOGO. I purchased one Samsung Note 10 plus 5G and got the 2nd one free. I was told I had to activate a new line and buy a phone. I did all that was asked and paid out of pocket expenses. I was told that for a couple to a few months, I would have extra charges for activation etc. I was told I had to complete an installment agreement as a formality and that in a couple months the BOGO would take effect. I called Verizon; no BOGO in their system. I went to Best Buy and was told since I paid in full for the first phone, that it voided the BOGO. The sales guy did all the paperwork, including the installment paperwork, he gave me 2 receipts showing the second phone was $0. He knew I was going to pay the 1st phone in full, he did all the paperwork and gave me all the receipts showing payment for one phone and the 2nd phone free. My Verizon statement has a charge of $43 a month for 24 months of &quot;finance&quot; charges for said BOGO. Now Best Buys says they can't do anything and I don't get this 2nd phone free. So sorry, too bad. Buyer beware because they now have a BOGO on the Note 20. I was not informed that paying in full for the 1st phone voids the BOGO. I had no idea.
