Went online and bought multiple storage boxes, I ordered less than I needed seeing as they only had 6.<br /> <br /> It was a Buy Online Pickup In store order. After placing the order, I literally got charged the whole thing which I found weird seeing as in their FAQ it says this: Charges are applied once you receive your ready for pick up notification email. If you haven't picked up your order after 5 days, your items will be returned to store inventory and you will have to place a new order<br /> <br /> I never received a pickup email. In fact, minutes later I received an email saying my order was canceled with no explanation why. <br /> <br /> Called customer service the next day and the guy literally couldn't even tell me why I got charged or why my order was cancelled but he said it was probably because I ordered too many things... Why are you selling stuff online if you don't have enough in warehouse?! <br /> <br /> They said my money would be back in 3-5 business days. It's been 10 days and still no sign of my $90 dollars. <br /> <br /> I'm never again purchasing from Michaels again. Never have I experienced such a lack of professionalism.
