Bus Driver at Lake Delton, WI did not enter McDonalds to check if a passenger was waiting. Bus stop is not visible from inside McDonalds. Passenger had to call to destination to get a ride home to Eau Claire, WI and pay for gas for the trip. Why doesn't Greyhound have a computer program to list a paid passenger at the destination for pick-up in this computer age! Driver on bus FROM EAU CLIRE WAS GREAT,ACCOMPANYING ELDERLY PASSENGER INTO MCDONALDS AT LAKE DELTON, WI. SENDING UN-USED PAID TICKET INFO TO GREYHOUND.
