I will NEVER buy another Samsung product. I mailed my faulty device to them in November and as of today, I still have not received a new replacement. I have been given the run around for over 4 months now. They have my product and as of today has notified me that they cannot send a replacement because they would not accept my proof of purchase. I asked the supervisor why haven't they disclosed this information to me previously and she could not answer my question. I have spent over an hour on the phone each time I have called and I still have not gotten a resolution to my problem. Do Not buy from Samsung. They do not honor their warranties. They look for reasons not to honor them. I am filling a claim with the better business bureau.
