Just tried to bring back a Verizon wireless cell phone that I bought on the 28th of January and today is the 5th of February so I've had it for about a week and the battery won't hold a charge so I have the receipt and original packaging abd everything. Went to go bring it back and the guy there told me that his manager said that they couldn't take back any of the cell phones so he told me to come back in the morning and talk to the manager. I will be back first thing in the morning to speak with him and I'll let you all know what happens.....
