I made an in-store purchase and tried to make an in-store exchange within the allotted time frame, but was denied. How do I resolve this issue? It's a small appliance, I have my receipt, with-in 45 days and I was told they would not accept my return. They referred me to online support. I didn't purchase this online, so why am I contacting online support? Lesson learned. I need to minimize my shopping at this store.
