I am a senior citizen and recently booked a hotel room online. I did a search for my hotel & a screen came up for "reservations" I booked the room & kept looking on the page where to enter my Marriott reward info. I accidentally completed the transaction & realized something was not right. I called the hotel directly & was told by them I must have used Expedia. He gave me their number & I tried on several occasions to get a refund. The company employees were unable & unwilling to help. I asked for a manager & they refused to let me speak to anyone else. Instead they dumped me right back into the call queue which I had been in forever. They refused to help me & told me it was non refundable. I tried to do a charge back but my credit card company was able to do that. This is a deceptive fraudulent company. I would never recommend anyone to use this company. I plan to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
