had paid for final tile on my home depot card when got the product there were defective pieces .<br /> returned the boxes spoke with store manager telling her I was gonna return product ,she just said before any thing stated<br /> they were defective I would pay a 25% restock fees felt her attitude to be defensive and aggressive,i told her it was defective and would retune them to store ,we did not jell at all.<br /> I returned all to store showed the defects but they meaningHERthe manager id not find them to be defectives had pictures and sent to the coppery office them did nothing siding with her, now the want to chatrge me 370$ .<br /> I refuse to pay this having spent thousands of dollars wit home depot am done and will NOT pay this fee.
