VERY dissatisfied that upon returning an item to Home Depot, I find that I am not credited the total amount of the purchase I made. Had I returned everything I had purchased listed on the receipt, they would have refunded me my full amount. In the future if I need to return something, I will evidently be necessary to return all items purchased and then repurchase only the items I want to ensure I get my full return. Having recently completed a home project of which I've spent over a $1,000 at Home Depot, I find it absolutely incomprehensible that Home Depot would adopt such a policy for its customers in this regard. Shame on them. If this is to be the new return policy of Home Depot, I will start shopping elsewhere.
