never again, and I'll work my hardest to let everyone know how Greyhound treats it's customers. <br /> <br /> I'm also starting to suspect that there is an actual formal Greyhound policy that declares customers as less than human and disposable. <br /> <br /> How DARE anyone just dump people at places with no adequate shelter and no formal lines of communication. For example, my bus connection was delayed over 4 hours in SUB-FREEZING temperatues. We had to just wait for greyhound to hopefully show up and honor our tickets at some random, undisclosed time, and not actually die from exposure. <br /> <br /> Now, Greyhound doesn't even want to refund at the least this $30 portion of my trip??
