I went and purchased a heater. It was not what i was looking for. So i returned it the very next day. I was told that they could not give me a refund or even store credit. That i should have been told that when i bought it. The cashier told me all i needed was my receipt. So I'm now stuck with a heater i dont want. Im going to call the corporate office and let them know that they failed to refund me my money. When the refund policy states clearly that they should refund.
