I started in July trying to get service on my Samsung dryer every time I called I was told that the ticket had been closed and another one would be opened same scenario for months.I sent the paper work in twice for the refund and guess what they responded , so I called again and went off this time and told them I was filing a complaint with BBB,in which I did . I got call from them and said they would email the forms right away for refund, guess what I never got anything until after my complaint with BBB reached them I filled the papers out for a 3rd time , and sent them in and I received another request for these forms again , I sent them in again , but each time I kept the BBB up to date on these happenings . As of today date I still have no refund yet I am still waiting since July 2019 for this to be resolved. They said 7 to 14 days today is day 9 and still no word .<br /> I will never buy another Samsung product this is the worse experience I have ever had with customer service and warranty , yes it is still under warranty too
