My sister bought a Bluetooth speaker from a DG market yesterday. When we opened it the speaker sound distorted, charger was messed up so we put it back in the package to return. Today, I went to return it with the receipt, and the lady that was helping me her name was Lee-lee said that she couldnt return it because I wasnt the one who bought it. I was shocked by this as I have the receipt it was clearly not stolen. My sister doesnt have a car the reason why I took it on my way home.. So im trying to contact customer relations because i feel like this is discrimination or something and i can't get a hold of any person.
