I placed an Online Order on Sept. 4, 2019 for a single item. The steel column was to be delivered the next day; I waited around all day. No delivery by UPS. So, I called on the night of 9/6/19, spoke to customer service. No status as UPS was closed. So, today 9/6 I call customer service. A terse "call rejected" message, then hangup. I call local store: "call rejected". I call another HD customer service number "call rejected". <br /> So, Home Depot took my money for the item and their phone system hangs up automatically. This is called Fraud or misrepresentation or theft by deception or breach of contract - you decide. Who makes a customer service number universally blocked upon inquiry to pending order? WTF
