Very bad experience with greyhound, bus was late by more than 5 hrs and for refund they gave a customer care number on which we have to make call next day. We called that number and after giving all information they asked credit card number which I gave, then they were asking for CVV number, as per credit cards companies CVV number is the security nber which should not to be given to anybody... When we refused to give that CVV number they told that the refund can't be processed until you give ur CVV number..... This is ridiculous on the company's part....
