HORRIBLE experience so far. Fridge stopped working on July 19th. As of TODAY still no resolution!!! A compressor... THAT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY went out and due to the repair process required, NO local company will service it. For over 3 weeks I've jumped through hoops and made over 20 phone calls!!! Lost over $500 in food!! Only to be told today to cut the cord on the fridge ans send it to them so they can process a refund check!!... Do I believe that they will.. NO I DON'T!!! So now I'm being told to ruin my fridge and have no recourse if they don't follow through with sending me a refund?!?! Are you kidding me!!! NEVER again Samsung! I wish all retailers would drop your products!
