Horrible return policy! You can't try shoes on in the store and see how they will feel. I've bought several pairs of shoes that felt super comfy at the store, only to wear them to work and find out they are hell on my feet after walking around all day! I will not be buying anymore shoes from DSW until the policy is changed.
