Booked a room at Super 8 Wyndham in Overland Park KS. Screen had "Free Cancellation" in green. No where did it have "Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable or Non-Reschedulable". I had to change the date and called the Hotel. They told me that it was "Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable and Non-Reschedulable". After I dug deep into the reservation confirmation that was emailed to me AFTER I made the reservation did it have this rule. Expedia is deceptive. They are fraudsters, liars and cheaters. Do not trust their website. It is misleading. I lost $719 due to Expedia NOT having the "Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable or Non-Reschedulable" listed prominently on the website as I was making the reservation.
