This is one of the worst return experiences I have ever had. Bought a hunter fan online, it arrived with glass globe broken. Home Depot customer service, hooked me up with Hunter Fans (after several transfers and a dropped call) who ordered a replacement globe at no cost. BUT SURPRISE it is on backorder with no known date. So then decided to return entire fan which is proving to be difficult, can't get UPS label to print, etc. Home Depot farms out its customer service and its not working. BTW, Home Depot rejected my product review 3 times saying there wasn't enough detail. HAHAHAHA. Never getting my online business again.
