Very disappointed in Walmart. Received a jump starter as a gift that was purchased online. I have no use for the item and hoped to exchange it for some patio items. Obviously I had no receipt since it was a gift, and did not want to offend the gift giver by asking for one. I wanted the avoid him knowing I exchanged the item. My local store refused to exchange the item and the store managers were rude and dismissive. Walmart.com customer service stated they could not help unless I provided the purchaser's account information. There own policy claims that they will gladly exchange and that customer satisfaction is there priority--obviously not true. I will no longer be a Walmart customer.
