SERIOUSLY?!? I just am looking for an answer. I've googled and looked all over the stinking web for a simple answer to my question!!! I bought 1 goldfish, 4 days later.... dead. I wanted to know if they guaranteed their fish... answer YES... great.....NOW...i have receipt, do I need have dead fish in order to get refund/exchange..... my GOODNESS. Yes I could call but not at work...16hrs daily... home tired... just wanted lo maintenance dude. R.I.P Gill 3/25/19 - 3/29/19.
