Eric , CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT, at the Huntington NY Best Buy refused to make a simple exchange.<br /> <br /> I was assisted with purchasing a USB for an apple product and was sold the incorrect product. I made the purchase in advance of need .<br /> When I opens the box I realized I was sold the incorrect USB and simply wished to exchange the product for the correct product. <br /> <br /> The product was in a bag, brand new with the receipt. It was maybe 30 days.<br /> <br /> This does not serve the customer in any way and will not shop at Best Buy.
