Total joke of an experience. So bad we are switching out 400 galaxies that my company uses due to the worst possible customer service experience. <br /> <br /> Bought a new fancy tv. It started pixelating on the edges. And one day it totally stopped working. 8 weeks WITHOUT a working TV. Some robot told me that in order to get a full tefund, that i needed to decline receiving the replacement, which was now 9 weeks later. Another robot refunded me $1900. of the $3400 total purchase price. To make matters worse, I used Samsung Financing as it was too good. I am now stuck making a monthly payment on the 1500 owed me. I have no Samsung TV as I refused the delivery as one of the robots told me what to do
