I did an online chat with Samsung to insure the smart watch I wanted to give my husband for Christmas could be used without a phone. I was told it could, so I purchased the watch online through Samsung. After giving the watch at Christmas, we learned it was the model that couldn't be used without a phone. I did an almost 2 hour online chat with Samsung letting them know I was mislead and needed to return the watch. For 2 hours all I heard was they were sorry but it was not within their 15 days return policy. I'm out the purchase price and stuck with a watch that my husband refuses to wear. It is unused, intact and original packaging. I contacted my credit card company to see if they can help.
