You do not have an "easy" return and exchange policy if you require all returned items be "unworn." You are selling shoes and customers often don't realize how the shoes are going to feel until they are worn for a day. The boots I bought looked great and felt good in the store. When I got them home and wore them for a few hours, they hurt my feet. So, according to your policy, I can't return them. I will be directing future business to stores that sell comfortable, supportive shoes with return policies that protect the customer, ie Schuler and The Walking Co. Paying a little more is worth it for the added quality and service.
