OMG! After reading these issues I will never be buying another Samsung device ever. I am currently working on getting a refund for a 75" tv that started having issues just prior to the warranty expiring. They replaced the screen which didn't fix the issue and then said it needed a mother board. They called me a few days later and said the part was on back order and I had the option of waiting for the part or getting a refund for the tv. I told them I would take the refund. I got an email from Samsung with a link to start the refund process. The process included entering a Refund Claim Number which I never received. I called Samsung and they gave me the number. I started filling out the process. During the process it said to take off the serial plate and put it on the Serial Decal Form which had to be printed. A little further down the instructions it said for tv's over 37" not to take the serial data plate off of the back of the tv so I didn't. After completing the online process I get an email from Samsung stating that "YOUR INFORMATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED SUCCESSFULLY". Further down in the email it stated "Please mail the completed Serial Decal Form & a copy of the Samsung Terms & Conditions letter to:". So I emailed Samsung refunds department at the email address provided pointing out these conflicting statements. Well, it's been a week and no reply from Samsung. Going to give them a call but if the other comments here are any indication I'm not going to hold my breath. Whatever happens I will never buy another Samsung product.
