Went to my local Wal-Mart to return some recent fish supplies (fish food, filters, and a pump... All unopened and purchased just hours ago.). I was sent to Wal-Mart by my grandmother to pick her up a few things and I purchased my fish supplies all in the same transaction but I gave the receipt to my grandmother because she had a lot more than me. Long story short, grandma has no idea where the receipt is, not a problem, store credit is all I needed. Arriving once again to the same location for the second time that day, I was refused any return, no credit, no real explanations... Wal-Mart is really rolling back on customer service...
