I bought a Michael's gift card for my daughter who lives in Vermont thinking she could use it there (I live in Belleville Ontario)<br /> <br /> My daughter would like to use it on an on-line purchase.(she has little time to go to Burlington ) I understand that Michaels is also in Vermont( she lives near Burlington )<br /> Can she do this ?<br /> <br /> The cashiers in Belleville think she cannot do this <br /> They say I cannot be refunded this money( gift certificate)<br /> thanks<br /> june
