Purchased DG brand toilet paper from a dollar general that wasn't close to my home only to find out that half of the rolls had some how been wet prior to purchase, the package wasn't torn or split but there was condensation still trapped in package. so I went to exchange product at my local DG store and was rudely told by employee that if I purchased from a different store that I had to exchange at the store I purchased from and that they wouldn't want to exchange the "disgusting" , product, I explained that the store I purchased from was not close to me and her reply was "that's our policy...sorry". So I drove back to the original store just to find out that there is no policy that damaged products have to be returned to that exact location. In fact the web site specifies "must be returned/exchanged at any store with receipt within 30 days". Had the receipt in my hand the entire time...
