Bought a new Samsung S9 and have had issues with it from day 1. Never in my 20 some odd years of owning a cell phone have I ever paid what I paid for this phone and I've never had more problems with a phone than I've had with this one. It's a piece of crap do not buy one. After my third running with customer service I'm now being told that I need to send it in to Samsung text support which is overseas and that it's going to take 11 business days for me to get my phone back they will not send me a new one they will not release any replacement they want me to run my business for three weeks without a phone. I tried to escalate the call and talk to a supervisor who only told me the same thing. I am beyond frustrated and have always been a loyal Samsung customer in all my products but after this I will never purchase another Samsung anything ever again.
