I purchased a new range from Home Depot. About 5 months of having it, the oven would not heat up. I called Samsung and they told me they would send a repair man to fix it. I heard nothing back from Samsung. I had to call them and they informed me they could not find a repair man in my area.My only option was to take the unit back or request a refund. I stated I would take the refund. They then told me I needed to cut the power cord, send forms, in, and take off the manufacter sticker. I called back asking if I could not cut the cord as I would be completely without a stove until I received my refund and could buy a new stove. I was told I didnt have to cut the cord. I proceeded to take the sticker off and send in the forms. After hearing nothing back, I called again, then they told me I DID have to cut the cord. I have an elderly person living at this home, They continued to just to tell me they were sorry and there was nothing they could do. I cut the cord and sent the pics. Trying to log in to their refund portal and it states my Case number is invalid. Called support and they told me I would get a retuen call in 48 hours. I am very disappointed and will not purchase another Samsung product.
