I ordered a 43&quot; TV after my 3-year-old son broke our current Samsung TV thowing something in a fit of rage. The TV was deleivered in two days, but we held off setting up the new TV till we could get a screen protector. Finally, on a Friday night after he went to bed, I got to setting up the new TV. After two hours of getting the old one taken down and the new one up and connected, I turn it on to find the screen was impacted in two places during shipping and completely ruined. <br /> I called the e-Commerce dept the next day and learned that the day I tried to set up the TV was the 15th day after I recevied it, and the day I called was the 16th day, so they refused to offer to replace the TV or refund my money. They did offer to send the case for review since I was so close to the cutoff. Then I got an email the next day saying the policy was 15 days and there would be no refund. <br /> <br /> I will never buy any Samsung product again.
