Greyhound is the WORST company so far I had experienced. Employee lied their a$$ off till the end. I was supposed to take 4:30pm bus #1005 from Philadelphia to Washington DC. When I got to the bus station at 4:00pm, the screen of the bus schedule said to "see agent" since there wasn't any line letter like other buses. I went to speak to an agent, she told me to wait at line B. When 4:30pm departure time came, they announced it there would be delay for 1 hour. Around 5pm, the #1005 was taken away from the screen. They announced there would be at least 1 to 1.5 hour delay. Then at 6pm, I checked the greyhound website of #1005 schedule, it said the bus was CANCELLED. I went to talk to the agent again, she was still insisted it was only delayed and waiting for a driver. Around 7pm, a lot of people started complaining, they finally said they could refund the ticket or waited for the next bus at 8pm. I had no choice to take my 8pm bus while I missed my metro and had to take $80 uber to get home since it was at midnight. If I would have known the bus was cancelled as soon as I got there which apparently the agent knew but not revealing the information. I would have taken a train instead of waiting. Cost me a lot more to get home.
