The employees were rude and not knowledgeable re return policy. I bought several items in may for a trip. Forgot to return them until end of september. Treated me as if i commited a crime then proceeded to tell me i should give 100 dollars worth of stuff to the good will. I guess my 45yrs of shopping at jc Penney is over. Terrible customer service
