I wanted to cancel the order I made 30mins before, so they wouldn't ship. I waited for about 40 mins for the answer. But in about a minute or so, the customer service representative dropped the phone! Are you kidding me? After waiting for so long? I filled out their &quot;contact us&quot; form, explaining the reason of cancel (I wanted store pick-up, but the system made an online order, which would arrive later when I actually need), but no one responded. And they started shipping everything the next day! <br /> And I have to pay extra for shipping the return alongside with the shipping fee they've initiated.. Very bad customer service!!!
