A couple of weeks ago I bought 6 shirts at Michael's in Pensacola, FL. I originally wanted an orange one and a blue one, but they didn't have it. After looking online I saw that they had them at the Pace store. I took two of the shirts that I purchased and went to exchange them for the two that I wanted. (All the same shirts but different colors) The cashier said she had to do a refund first and then sell me the new shirts. She gave me cash for my original shirts and rang up the new ones. Now the problem with this is when I bought the original shirts they were on sale. They aren't on sale this week I ended up having to pay the regular price for the same shirts which was double what I paid for them. I was very tempted to leave them there, but I needed them for the next day. This is a horrible policy. What if I didn't have the money to pay the difference? I have never experienced this type of policy anywhere else.
