Bought two clip couplers at the ACE in Aurora, IL on Lake street. They were intended to join two pieces of chain but the opening in the chain links was too small. I wanted to exchange for a thinner size. I had no receipt. I was told they can't do anything without a receipt. Corporate Policy.<br /> Total cost of the two items was less than $9.00. I didn't argue but I left the two pieces there and told them they obviously needed the money.<br /> Went to Home Depot. Same two items were much cheaper and they even had the thinner size.<br /> I will never go to ACE again.
