I bought a Samsung LED 60 in smart TV. I didnt get internet right away. Now that i do none of the APPS work and TV shuts off completely when accessing the internet. I called this week and was on the phone IT person for 45min. They tried to tell me its my internet connection and all my other smart TV works. They also tried to tell me i my tv was out of warranty. I said whats warranty policy they said 1 year. I responded i just purchase tv 6 months ago. Then he said you can get a technician to come out to your home and you will have to pay the cost. I will never buy a samsung anything as long as i live. Customer service is terrible and they sell faulty products
