On July 2 ordered from Home depot Canada an item online. On July 3 called and cancelled the order. It was still pending and not shipped. Was told could take 3 days for cancellation to go through. July 4 had confirmation order was shipped. Called Home Depot again. They said it was redirected. You would think with the technology today they could have contacted the warehouse and stopped order though that would be to simple. A few days went by didn't here from them. Again the response was redirected. Another few days went by had a call from a courier in Creston that they missed us our order arrived. Called Home Depot again they emailed me a return label. I took it to the courier to have it shipped back. I never even seen the order. It was shipped back July 13. I have called then all I was in transit. I have sent a few emails with no response. Finally a few days ago went on the Home Depot chat line it was in there warehouse. Still waiting for a refund approx $400.00. Have dealt with competitors never run into this problem. The pony express was faster. My days are finished with Home Depot and there shoddy service
