I am having a terrible experience both with Home depot and LG.Purchased a brand new LG Electric range on July 13t, Product came defective the ove overheats causing handles to be extremely hot.. then the Electrical range burners would not switch on the right side. will only switch on if the left burner is on . Clearly a defective product. Home depot will not take back this appliance. nor LG as they say they will take all efforts to repair it if not, then they will arrange fr refund. LG warranty service till date have not sent a technician. its been more than 10 days. they say have wait to wait for techhnicican's report . before deciding the refund. Home depot says, it is between me and the LG. the managers are rude and don't care at all.BAD Customer service. PLEASE dont buy any major appliance with Home depot
