Bought a new LG AC Unit in store a few weeks ago, paid cash. Spend about 20K+ per year at this store and everyone knows me there. AC unit is defective, remote doesn't work and compressor is outregeously loud. They refused to refund money claiming it's a major appliance, said I needed to talk to manager, but, manger is conveniently busy or unavailable each time I try. Left my number, they do not call back...never had these types of issues in the past...Now I have a Brand New LG AC Unit that's useless and I can't get my money back...they just lost a huge customer...
