I had a humiliating return and customer service experience at a Whole Foods 365 store near Los Feliz area in Los Angeles this morning! I purchased the wrrong chicken package yesterday and was is the process of returning it with the original receipt. , A man name Willis who works in the store came by to the cashier and told me that they will not accept my return since I have done 'too many returns'!<br /> <br /> The fact is I was visiting the area and had never return anything at that store. I' am clearly aware of Jeff Bezos Customer-Centric policy thus was shocked to be treated such a rude way. The only thing I can put together is that I am Asian and the man is racial profiling me! I told him I will vote with my feet and never shop there again. I did not receive any apology! I'm repotting this incidence and demand changes and training to be made at this store as soon as possible!
