I think they are calling rather shouting for a class action suit. Anybody interested ?<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I have returned the phone with similar problem as other back in Dec. Initially it was refund in 1-2 billing cycle. Now it is escalation on every call. So far no refund and they keep escalating.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Are they thinking they can get away with this without a fight from the masses ? Maybe the corporate head if on a mission to close the company.
