I lost wifi printing on my printing and bought a new printer thinking it was the printer's fault. I installed the ink cartridges and made some test pages. The next day, I discovered it was actually a router gone bad. I replaced the router and everything is good. Now, I have a near new printer that I don't need. <br /> <br /> <br /> I am still within the 15 day return period. I realize I would be returning a working product, but otherwise I will be stuck with a printer I don't need. <br /> <br /> <br /> Would BB be willing to take it back for a refund or forward credit?
