This is the 3rd week I have waited for a refund on things I had bought online. No emails nothing from home Depot. They need to change their online policies because they aren't working. If you don't accept delivery or cancel delivery in my opinion they need to call the delivery company and confirm delivery wasn't scheduled or cancelled. That would save a lot of compliants. It's basically like they are accusing you of stealing from them. Sorry but if im going to be treated like you think I'm stealing I won't do business at your store anymore.
