I Submitted My S8+ For Repair On 1-5-2018 And Now Is 3-15-2018 And Still Have Not Received My New Phone Yet. I Have Been Mailing Back And Forth With Nakita Case Manager Which She Says &quot;i Will Escalate Refund And Exchanged Dept&quot; Every Week Is The Same Thing. Samsung Customer Service Is The Worst !!!!!!!!<br /> <br /> I Have Tried 2x Week To Get A Hold Of Refund And Exchange Dept But They Cant Give There Number Out Or Email... 2 Months With Out Phone That I Am Paying For Samsung Sucks With Customer Service
