I once was one of Goodwill's most loyal customers; however, after the return policy was changed, I stopped shopping there. I purchased all of my family's clothes and would only return them if they did not fit after they tried them on at home. Dragging my whole family shopping with me is not an option. Being unable to exchange anything is too risky and no longer a good deal if something is wrong.<br /> <br /> Shame on you Goodwill for being greedy and self-serving. You do not care about your customers and your business will suffer.
